Refunds will be issued by the same means that the item was originally paid. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the shipping date.

We will issue a refund once the jewelry piece is returned in the same condition as it was mailed out in. There is a 15% restocking fee. If any damage has been caused by regular wear of an item, an additional $20 fee will be assessed.

Items should be returned in a padded package and be insured. We will not refund items lost in shipping. Proof of purchase must be included in the package.

Incorrect Ring Size

If you should order an incorrect ring size, we will resize silver rings for $20.00, gold rings for $50.00. The fee includes return shipping charges. Please return the ring with proof of purchase (example, a copy of your sales receipt), the new ring size, your return shipping address, and the resizing payment (payable to Jamie's Animal Jewelry). We suggest that you ship the package with insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in delivery to us.
